Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz proudly serves Fresno, Clovis, and surrounding areas. For locations outside our standard service radius, a travel fee applies to cover extended drive time, fuel, and staff scheduling adjustments.

Travel fees apply to the following cities:

• East Palo Alto, CA
• Oakland, CA
• Ceres, CA

Because these areas require significant travel from Fresno, an additional fee will be added to the service total. Travel fees vary depending on distance, time of day, and the size of the service requested. All travel fees will be clearly communicated and approved before booking is confirmed.

The prices listed on the Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz website are starting prices only. They are not the final cost of service. Every home is unique, and actual pricing will vary based on:

• Apartment Square Footage
• Number of Rooms
• Number of Bathrooms
• Current Condition of the Apartment
• Level of Cleaning Needed
• Severity of Buildup
• Number of Occupants and pets
• Accessibility
• Amount of Labor Needed
  

The discounted bi-weekly rate applies when appointments remain on a consistent every-other-week schedule. If an appointment is skipped, canceled, or significantly delayed, the regular deep-cleaning rate or an additional labor fee may apply at the next visit.

Excessive clutter, heavy or neglected buildup, large amounts of dishes, laundry, organization, interior appliance cleaning, carpet cleaning, errands, hazardous materials, pest activity, or services outside the approved deep-cleaning checklist are not included and must be priced separately.

Any price adjustment will be communicated for approval before additional work begins.

To ensure fairness and accuracy, the final price will be provided after the client submits photos of their home for review. This allows us to assess the true condition, time requirements, and level of detail needed.

By booking with Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz, clients acknowledge and understand that website prices are baseline estimates, and the official quote will be issued only after photo evaluation.

Payment is due within 2 days of invoice date. Please contact us with any questions.

Estimate Approval

Services are not approved or scheduled until:
• The client agrees to the estimate
• The Service Agreement is signed
• The required deposit is submitted
• A confirmed appointment date is issued

Deposit

A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm all cleaning appointments.
Appointments are not reserved until the deposit has been submitted and processed.
The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service.

A 30% deposit is required for services conducted at $600.00 and below, and a 50% deposit is required for services $600.00 and above to schedule and hold your appointment space. The remaining balance is due on the day of service, prior to or immediately upon completion of the appointment. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of future bookings.

Non-Payment

If payment is not received as required, the appointment may be canceled and offered to another client.

Check Payment Requirements

Clients who choose to pay by check must make the check payable to Tasema Nolan. For reference, clients may write “Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz” in the memo section.

As a small, locally owned business, last-minute cancellations directly impact our staff's schedules and income.

• If our cleaners cannot enter the home due to lockout, refusal, or unsafe conditions, the full service amount will be charged.
• If severe weather or hazardous entry conditions prevent safe access, the appointment may be charged in full.
• If cleaners are already on site and a power outage, plumbing issue, or home emergency prevents cleaning, up to 100% of the service fee may be charged.
• Repeated cancellations (3 consecutive or 5 total within a calendar year) may result in temporary or permanent discontinuation of service.
