Air Duct Cleaning

Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz does not provide air‑duct or HVAC vent cleaning services.

Our work is limited to light surface wiping of exterior vent covers only, using standard residential cleaning methods.

We do not clean inside air ducts, interior vent systems, HVAC components, or any areas requiring specialized equipment, negative‑pressure systems, or certified air‑quality procedures.

Please be aware that:

  • Dust, allergens, pet hair, and debris inside ductwork require professional extraction
  • Mold, mildew, or moisture inside vents must be treated by licensed HVAC or air‑quality specialists
  • Odors coming from ductwork cannot be corrected with surface‑level cleaning
  • Deep buildup inside ducts cannot be reached or removed without commercial‑grade tools

Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing buildup inside ducts or vents
  • Airflow issues, odors, or dust circulation caused by internal duct conditions
  • Mechanical or HVAC problems that appear before or after cleaning
  • Any issues that arise after our surface‑level vent cleaning is completed


We will gently wipe exterior vent covers to refresh their appearance, but full duct cleaning must be performed by a certified HVAC or air‑duct cleaning company.”

Caulking

Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz does not provide caulking services for bathrooms, kitchens, or any other areas of the home.

Caulking requires specialized tools, proper surface preparation, moisture‑control knowledge, and professional sealing techniques to ensure long‑lasting results.

For the protection of your home and the integrity of your surfaces, we do not apply, remove, repair, or replace caulk.

Our cleaning service includes surface‑level cleaning only.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing damage to caulk, grout, or surrounding surfaces
  • Mold, mildew, or moisture issues beneath old caulk
  • Gaps, cracking, peeling, or deterioration that requires professional repair
  • Any caulking concerns that arise before or after our cleaning service


If your bathroom or kitchen requires new caulk, removal of damaged caulk, or moisture‑barrier restoration, you will need to hire a licensed caulking or home‑repair professional.

High Areas and Chandeliers

Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz does not provide high‑area cleaning or chandelier cleaning.

For safety and liability reasons, we do not use ladders, extension poles, scaffolding, or any elevated equipment to reach high ceilings, ceiling fans, light fixtures, or chandeliers.

We also do not clean, dust, polish, or wipe chandeliers of any size or height.

Our services are limited to reachable areas only, height of ladder we use is up to 3 steps only using standard residential cleaning methods.

Please be aware that:

  • High ceilings, elevated fixtures, and chandeliers require specialized tools and professional safety equipment
  • Crystal, glass, and ornate chandeliers can be fragile and easily damaged without expert handling
  • Dust buildup in high areas often requires commercial‑grade tools or multi‑step cleaning processes
  • Any discoloration, rust, or electrical issues must be addressed by licensed professionals

Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing damage to high fixtures, chandeliers, or ceiling fans
  • Dust, buildup, or discoloration that cannot be reached from ground level
  • Electrical or structural issues that appear before or after cleaning
  • Any concerns that arise after our standard cleaning service is completed

For full chandelier cleaning, high‑area dusting, or elevated fixture care, clients will need to hire a licensed chandelier or high‑area cleaning specialist.”

Mold - Large Problems

Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz does not provide mold remediation, mold removal, or treatment for moderate to severe mold growth in any area of the home.

We only perform light surface‑level wiping on minor mildew or small, non‑hazardous spots that can be safely cleaned with standard residential products.

Any visible mold larger than a few inches, spreading mold, black mold, or mold affecting walls, ceilings, floors, grout, caulk, vents, or appliances requires licensed professional remediation.

Please be aware that:

  • Mold is a health hazard and cannot be safely removed with household cleaners
  • Large mold growth requires specialized chemicals, protective equipment, and certified remediation procedures
  • Mold often spreads beneath surfaces, behind walls, and into ventilation systems
  • Attempting to clean large mold areas without proper training can worsen the problem or cause structural damage

Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing mold damage
  • Hidden mold, moisture issues, or structural deterioration
  • Health concerns related to mold exposure
  • Any mold‑related issues that appear before, during, or after our cleaning service


We will clean around affected areas as safely as possible, but all mold remediation must be performed by a licensed mold‑removal specialist.”

Wall Washing

Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz provides light wall wiping only, limited to reachable areas and surface‑level marks that can be safely removed with standard residential cleaning products.

We do not offer full wall washing, stain extraction, paint restoration, or any service requiring specialized chemicals, ladders, or professional repainting techniques.

Please be aware that:

  • Many wall stains, scuffs, and discoloration cannot be removed without damaging paint
  • Water‑based cleaners may cause streaking, fading, or paint lifting on certain finishes
  • Smoke damage, grease buildup, crayon, marker, and deep stains require professional restoration
  • Gloss, semi‑gloss, matte, and flat paints react differently to moisture and friction

Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing damage to paint, texture, or drywall
  • Paint lifting, fading, or streaking caused by age, improper maintenance, or low‑quality paint
  • Damage that appears after cleaning, including issues caused by moisture, prior residue, or fragile paint finishes



We will gently wipe walls to the best of our ability using safe, non‑abrasive methods.

For full wall washing, stain removal, smoke remediation, or repainting, clients will need to hire a licensed painting or restoration professional.”

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service Policy

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue services at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe, unhealthy, inappropriate, or outside the scope of our services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behavior
  • Harassment, discrimination, racism, or any form of hateful conduct
  • Active pest infestations, including but not limited to bed bugs, roaches, rodents, mites, lice, or wasps
  • Hazardous, unsafe, or unsanitary living conditionsThe presence of biohazards, hazardous materials, or conditions requiring specialized remediation
  • Situations that place our staff, clients, or equipment at risk


If any of these conditions are discovered before or during an appointment, Graceful Touch Cleaning by Taz reserves the right to immediately stop services and cancel or reschedule the appointment until the issue has been properly resolved.
